# Images, logos, or icons are not loading

Image loading depends on public image URLs, remote-image settings, and email-client image proxy behavior.

## Checklist

* Use uploaded public HTTPS image URLs for profile photos and company logos.
* Some recipients block remote images until they click **Display images**.
* Gmail proxies remote images through `googleusercontent.com` after delivery.
* SVG icons are converted to PNG data images before export for better email-client compatibility.

## First Test

Open the image URL in a private browser window. If it does not load publicly, it will not load in a recipient email client.
