# Webmail

Use **Copy HTML** for webmail clients that preserve source HTML, such as Roundcube, cPanel Webmail, Horde, and similar tools.

## Steps

1. Click the **HTML** copy button in the builder export bar.
2. Log in to your webmail.
3. Go to **Settings** or **Preferences**, then **Identities**.
4. Click your email identity or create a new one.
5. Find the **Signature** field.
6. If there is an **HTML Signature** checkbox or toggle, enable it.
7. Paste your HTML into the signature editor with **Ctrl+V**.
8. Click **Save**.

## Tip

The exact navigation varies between webmail clients. Look for **Settings -> Identities** or **Settings -> Personal Information**.
