# Outlook

Use the **Gmail / Outlook** copy option for Outlook.

## Desktop Outlook Steps

1. Click the **Gmail / Outlook** copy button in the builder export bar.
2. Open Outlook.
3. Go to **File -> Options -> Mail**, then click **Signatures...**.
4. Click **New**, enter a name for the signature, then click **OK**.
5. Click inside the large editing area at the bottom and paste with **Ctrl+V**.
6. In the default signature dropdowns, set it for new messages and replies/forwards if desired.
7. Click **OK** to save all changes.

## Outlook Web

Go to **Settings -> View all Outlook settings -> Mail -> Compose and reply**, paste the signature in the email signature box, then click **Save**.
